No, this product is only for 12V battery cars.

Why can't it jump start the car?

An unhealthy battery or improper operation could lead to the failure of jump start, so please check the battery status, and make sure the battery level is above 50%. If it fails to jump start the car 3 times in a row please stop the jump starting, for it may damage the product.

How to turn off the power of the Volvix?

It will automatically turn off after 1min without any operations.

Why is there buzzing when the jump starter is not even connected to the car?

The clamp is not fully plugged into the product, please re-plug in the clamp.

    Great starter! It’s compact but has been a lifesaver, especially after my car refused to start following several days of downtime. Before I considered buying a new battery, this jump starter got my car running when it wouldn’t start in the morning or after work. The key is to keep it fully charged—if it’s at half charge, it might not provide enough power to start the car, as the instructions mention. When it was fully charged, I managed to start my Volvix multiple times, and even helped jump-start a Gazelle once. After 3-4 solid starts on a full charge, though, it couldn’t go further. Still, it’s a great tool to have on hand when you need it most!
